Return Policy

At Great White Quilt Fabric and Craft Shack, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. While we strive to provide only the best quality fabrics and crafting supplies, we understand that questions about returns may arise. Please review our policy below before placing your order.

Fabric and Cut-to-Order Items

All fabric sales are final. Because Fabric is cut to your specific order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the material has been cut and shipped. Please double-check measurements, yardage, and selections before completing your purchase.

Exceptions apply only if:

  • You received the wrong Fabric due to our error
  • The Fabric is defective or damaged upon arrival

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Non-Fabric Items

Non-fabric items (such as notions, patterns, tools, or kits) may be eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • In original packaging and unused condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Workshops and Classes

Workshop and class registrations are non-refundable, as seats are limited. However, your registration may be transferred to another participant with prior written notice. If we must cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package. To expedite resolution, provide your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will work quickly to replace the item or issue a refund.

Refunds

Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you may return the eligible item for a refund (subject to the above policy) and place a new order.

Final Sale Items

Certain products, such as clearance items, promotional bundles, and personalized products, are sold as final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
